By using iDealsHunt at idealshunt.vercel.app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. What iDealsHunt is
iDealsHunt is an AI-powered deal aggregation portal. We collect publicly available deal information, score it with AI, and display it to users. We are not a retailer. All purchases are made through third-party retailers under their own terms.
3. Accuracy of deal information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and availability are accurate at time of publication. Prices change rapidly — always verify on the retailer's website before purchasing. iDealsHunt is not responsible for discrepancies between our displayed prices and what retailers charge.
4. Affiliate disclosure
We participate in affiliate programmes including Amazon Associates. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no cost to you. This never influences which deals our AI surfaces.
5. Accounts (My Vault)
You must sign in with a valid email to use My Vault. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. AI-powered features
Direct Hunt and deal scoring use Claude by Anthropic. AI results are informational only and may be inaccurate. Verify independently before purchasing. iDealsHunt is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI content.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, scrape data without written permission, interfere with infrastructure, impersonate anyone, or submit fraudulent content.
8. Intellectual property
The iDealsHunt name, logo, and original content are owned by or licensed to iDealsHunt. Third-party deal data belongs to its respective sources. Do not reproduce our original content without written permission.
9. Third-party links
Links to retailers are for convenience only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDealsHunt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
